BOOKINGS AND RESERVATIONS
All bookings are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Check-in time is from 14:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Low Season: (May – August) Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival: Free cancellation. High Season: (September – April) Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: Full booking amount is charged. No-shows or early departures: No refund.
RATES
Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Rates are subject to change without prior notice, but once confirmed, a booking rate is fixed.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. No pets allowed unless specifically arranged and confirmed in writing.
LIABILITY
Coopmanhuijs Boutique Hotel and Spa is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to guests or their belongings unless due to negligence. Use of spa and other facilities is at your own risk.
WEBSITE USAGE
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. All content on the website is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
